Print Shipping Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.
Pack Your Tool
Place the unused Leatherman tool in its original box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, making sure to include any included accessories or manuals.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
